General Manager  (Since 1999)

With more than 26 years of experience in the real estate and sustainable construction sectors, he leads the strategic vision and international expansion of Seven House Group in Andorra, Miami, and the Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Mallorca, and Menorca).

His leadership is based on an integrated model focused on the premium segment, encompassing property acquisition and sales, investment advisory, legal and contractual management, sustainable bioconstruction projects, strategic renovations, maintenance, and luxury villa management (Luxury Accommodation & Services).

He combines business solidity, legal security, and a strong focus on asset profitability, positioning the group as a benchmark in the high-value real estate market and the luxury residential sector.

Vicente Mateu Marcos

Director of Operations

Vicente is Chief Operations Officer and a constructor specialized in sustainable bioconstruction. He has a solid track record in operational management and the comprehensive execution of real estate projects.

Throughout his career, he has ensured the successful delivery of each project, maintaining efficiency in planning, strict budget control, and full compliance with timelines and quality standards.

Through his operational leadership, organizational strength, and comprehensive technical vision, he translates corporate strategy into solid, sustainable projects aligned with the group’s growth and expansion objectives.

Sebastián de Rango Leis

Director of Architecture and Design

Sebastián is a technical architect and building engineer, responsible for the group’s creative and architectural division. He has experience in high-end residential projects and sustainable bioconstruction, integrating bespoke design, technical rigor, and sustainability at every stage of construction. He has led developments distinguished by aesthetic coherence, technical precision, and efficient execution, ensuring construction quality, energy efficiency, and premium standards. He combines architectural sensitivity with strict technical site supervision to create exclusive, sustainable, and differentiated spaces within the high-value real estate market.

Director of Projects

Ibeth leads the strategic planning and full execution of the group’s international projects, ensuring structured, controlled, and efficient management at every stage of development. She oversees timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams with a clearly results-driven approach, guaranteeing that each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, precision, and coherence that distinguish the firm within the premium real estate sector.
